Swan Valley Fresh Sale Approved

Following the public advertising period, one submission was received from The Midland Society Inc., which was considered at the Council meeting of 12 July 2023.

After considering the submission, Council resolved to continue with the sale of the land.

Swan Valley Fresh Markets Pty Ltd, the iconic fresh markets on the corner of Morrison Road and Keane Street, now have 120 days to complete their due diligence and make the contract unconditional.
