At its meeting of 15 December 2021 Council resolved to amend the Midland Oval Redevelopment Master Plan to retain the following properties and their front setback:
22 Junction Parade – currently leased by Moorditj Koort Aboriginal Corporation
25 Junction Parade – used as consulting offices
26 Junction Parade – currently leased to DADAA
27 Junction Parade – leased to hearing specialists
