NAIDOC 2023 a Success

Congratulations to the organisers of the NAIDOC celebrations at Weeip Park and LoCale for another fun filled and entertaining day. 

The theme was Celebrate our Elders, encouraging the whole community to come together, celebrate and enjoy Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.

The main stage had a range of live entertainment, with a large range of stall holders providing health and  support services. In addition to the community art competition, raffles, sports and kids activities, the City of Swan free sausage sizzle was a hit.

The City of Swan stall was also popular with its give aways -  the New Junction footballs were snapped up within 10 minutes.

We look forward to NAIDOC 2024...
